Terms and Conditions

This Policy applies to Pact Recruitment Group (AKA -PRG Family LLC or PRG) For purposes of this document referred to PRG.

By accessing the Platforms on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device (collectively, "Device"); communicating or interacting with PRG, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Platforms.

We may modify this Policy at any time and will post the current version on the Sites as further detailed in the "Changes to the Privacy Policy" section below. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy to stay informed about how we are using the information we collect.

 

1. Modifying the Terms & Conditions

We may supply different or additional terms in relation to some of the Sites, and those different or additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Sites. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide you with notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through the Sites or updating the date at the top of these Terms. All modifications and additions to our products, services, or the Sites will be governed by the Terms, unless otherwise expressly stated by PRG. You also have the right to stop using our products, services, or the Sites at any time, and you may terminate these Terms by ceasing use of our services, or the Sites.

2. Modifying the Sites

We reserve the right to modify our Sites at any time, with or without notice to you. For example, we may suspend or stop providing any of our products, services, all or portions of the Sites at any time. If you don’t like any changes, you can stop using the Sites at any time. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use the Sites.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Sites. Our Sites are not intended for use for individuals under 18 years of age and we do not intend to advertise to children 16 years or younger on any media channels in which age targeting is possible.

You agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of use in relation to the Sites. If you use the Sites on behalf of another person or entity, (a) all references to “you” throughout these Terms will include that person or entity, (b) you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person’s or entity’s behalf, and (c) in the event you or the person or entity violates these Terms, the person or entity agrees to be responsible to us.

4. User Accounts and Account Security

You may be able to register for an account to access certain features of the Sites. If you register for an account, you must provide accurate account information and promptly update this information if it changes. You may not share your account with anyone else. Please keep your account password confidential and try not to use the same password on other websites. You also must maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames, including on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim, including trademark rights, in those usernames. If you believe that your account has been compromised at any time, please contact us here.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You represent and warrant that you will not violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right or other third-party right or commit a tort, and you are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Sites. Specifically, you represent and warrant that you will not:

 

  • Use the Sites other than for their intended purposes, in any unlawful manner or in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Sites;

  • Use any software or other means to access, copy, download, communicate to the public, collect, harvest, aggregate, or extract any content from the Sites or any system or network connected to the Sites, including by using web scraping, data extraction or data mining software or tools (except in the case of public search engines, in accordance with our robots.txt file and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices);

  • Use content to train or develop any artificial intelligence models;

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform or publicly display all or portions of the Sites, except as expressly permitted by us or our licensors;

  • Modify the Sites, remove any proprietary rights notices or markings, or otherwise make any derivative works based upon the Sites;

  • "Frame" our Sites or otherwise make it look like you have a relationship with us or that we have endorsed you for any purpose;

  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters and pyramid schemes, or harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Sites for the purposes of sending spam;

  • Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Sites or to extract data;

  • Reverse engineer any aspect of the Sites or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any area, content or code of the Sites (except as otherwise expressly permitted by law);

  • Solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;

  • Use or attempt to use another's account without authorization from 

  • Attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques we employ or access any service or area of the Sites that you are not authorized to access;

  • Engage in any harassing, intimidating, predatory or stalking conduct;

  • Develop or use any third-party applications that interact with User Content or our Sites without our prior written consent

  • Use the Sites in a manner that could interfere with or damage, disable, overburden or impair the operation of the Sites or introduce to the Sites or our users any viruses, malware, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or code; or

  • Use the Sites for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.


You may also post or otherwise share only User Content that is non-confidential and that you have all necessary rights to disclose. You represent and warrant that you will not create, post, store or share any User Content that:

 

  • Is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

  • Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or fraudulent;

  • Would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law;

  • May infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;

  • Contains or depicts any statements, remarks or claims that do not reflect your honest views and experiences;

  • Impersonates or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Contains any unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations;

  • Contains any private or personal information of a third party without such third party’s consent;

  • Contains any viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or content; or

  • In our sole judgment, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Sites, or may expose PRG or others to any harm or liability of any type.


This Section 5 does not create any private right of action on the part of any third party or any reasonable expectation that the Sites will not contain any content that is prohibited by such rules.
 

 

6. SMS Terms & Conditions


SMS Consent Communication:
Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:
If consent has been given to receive text messages from PRG, messages may be received related to the following (provide specific examples):
Career opportunities that may be of interest to you.

  • Appointment/interview reminders

  • Follow-up messages

  • Promotions or offers (if applicable)

 

Example: "Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment with Dr. Jones at KSC on 1/1/25 at 1:15 PM. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."
 

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 3-6 SMS messages per week may be received related to [appointments/interviews, etc.].
Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3-6 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or interviews". If interviews need to be rescheduled it will increase the number of SMS messages.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:
Opt-in to receive SMS messages from PRG can be done in the following ways:
Verbally, during a conversation. By submitting an online form. By filling out a paper form

Opt-Out Method:
Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.

Help:
For any issues, reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, help can be obtained directly from us at info@pactrecruitmentgroup.com


Additional Options:
If SMS messages are not desired, the SMS consent box on forms can be left unchecked.
